fragrant and winding trail of chocolate left by the bomb Osama proposing to the heart of dark chocolate cakes. If the "Bomb Osama" can be shared by more than two guests, for this very sweet chocolaty ... say, suggest a home more intimate ... I do not know what I mean;)!
For the voluptuousness and the variety of sensations that triggers the taste buds, has been described even movingly ... you do! Like all illicit drugs, depends on the mood and the prospects for dealing with this "harmless" trick :)... but the amazing effect is guaranteed!
INGREDIENTS:
80 g butter 150 g chocolate Dark
20 g flour 10 g cocoa
90 g sugar 2 eggs and 1 yolk
a pinch of salt (to provide flavor) 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
PREPARATION
- melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler;
- mount eggs, sugar and salt together (preferably with a whisk to incorporate as much air as possible in the compound);
- then combine the cooled chocolate and butter and lastly the flour, cocoa and vanilla extract (preferably sifted, otherwise ago ... it is the same mania for perfection ;)..);
- prepare buttered and floured 4-5 aluminum molds (those to make the pudding), spread the mixture.
COOKING
Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 13-15 minutes ... no more! The heart of the pie should be liquid, or else goodbye scenic effect, effect papilla ... and all your plans for the evening:)!
In this regard let me give you some advice: before you put them all to cook, do the test with only one leaving for 13 min, sfornatelo and adjust the time on that:)
PRESENTATION
Pour the cake on serving platter and sprinkle with a little icing sugar. The ultimate and served with a scoop of ice cream near or above (where you want to put a little ball !)... is the contrast hot-cold and dark chocolate-cream will do the rest!
ADVICE / NOTES
These biscuits once prepared can be stored in the freezer uncooked. In this case, however, remember that if they remove from freezer and immediately put them in the oven, the cooking time may be longer (eg 200 ° C for 18-20 min).
